Practice attire T-shirts are offered in Black with white writing, or White with Black writing. They are for members to wear for every practice and possible fundraising events. Customization will include the PHCMDC Logo, Front Design, and Section Name.

RETURN & RESALE POLICY
Should the T-shirt you ordered arrive with incorrect personalization, other than what was ordered, it may be returned for correction. We will only be able to resell tshirts that are still in possession of the Management team (not worn).
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping and duty costs are determined once the full order has been placed. Should the member/customer need to pay the difference, we will advise. In most cases we fundraise to cover the costs of shipping and duty. Non-members will be advised of duty costs upon arrival.
